Captain Ray's Striped Bass Recipe
2 really heaping table spoons of mayonnaise
½ tea spoons of chopped garlic… fresh or from a jar
6 Splashes of hot sauce or to your taste
Italian breadcrumbs
Parmesan and/or Ramano Cheese
Fresh Striped Bass Filleted about ¾” thick with no skin or bones
In a 9” glass pie plate place the Striped Bass fillets so that it fills the bottom completely.
Mix the Mayonnaise, hot sauce and Garlic together and spread all of it over the Striped Bass covering it completely.
Spread a light layer of Italian breadcrumbs over the Striped Bass about 1/8” thick.
Spread a thin layer of Parmesan and/or Ramano Cheese over the Striped Bass
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees then put the Striped Bass in for 30 minutes.
