Reel Quick Drum Fish Recipe

Ingredients. Drum,cut into fingers.
2 eggs,wisk in coffee cup with fork.Dip drum.
Dredge drum in corn meal with Old Bay.
Heat cast iron skillet on grill to 350 with 1\2 inch olive oil (wife loves this part outside). Fry HOT! 3-4 minutes a side. Don`t over load pan (Temp will drop and fish will absorb oil) Holly Smokes! I swear it tastes like butter with the consistency of steak,till I hit it with hot sauce.
