TomCat Back On The Water

After a long absence I've managed to find some time to do a little fishing. I'm happy to say that my new home in Absecon is finally complete. I've been renting in Brigantine while in-between primary residences. The rental in Brigantine just happens to have a boat slip as it is on the water. Needless to say, I took advantaged of this opportunity and tied her up out back. It took a little time finding my around the water as I'm accustomed to using the public ramp in Absecon. After a few days out without a bite this 36" Bass gobbled up a live eel in Brigantine Channel near Betsy Channel. She weighed 17lbs and was my first Bass of the fall season. I hope to keep my boat in the water until the lease runs up in mid December. Weather permitting I hope to get out a few more days and catch additional Stripers. Now that my computer is up and running again I look forward to posting fishing reports again . . .
